Food confectionary distributor TaB Warehouse & Distribution Co has been acquired by Weber Distribution.

By acquiring TaB, Weber gains for its West Coast distribution network almost one million square feet of warehouse capacity at facilities in Northern California, Fontana CA, Tolleson AZ, and Wilsonville OR. More than 700,000 square feet of TaB's space is temperature-controlled at 60° to 70° F.

Also acquired by Weber is TaB's fleet of 175 refrigerated and dry freight vans and trailers operating in California, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and Arizona.

Weber has 18 distribution centers with 3.5 million square feet of space, as well as its own trucking fleet.
