Nissan Diesel America and CDI Services Inc have introduced a new roadside assistance and warranty program. The UD On Call roadside assistance program
Nissan Diesel America and CDI Services Inc have introduced a new roadside assistance and warranty program. The UD On Call roadside assistance program supplies protection from expenses for warrantable truck failures that may occur when a covered vehicle is away from the area serviced by a local UD truck dealer. The program will also assist a truck owner who may not have a local dealer in his area.
This program is offered free of charge during the two-year basic warranty period. In case of a warrantable failure during that period, arrangements will be made by UD On Call to direct the customer to the nearest authorized dealer or independent repair facility. If towing is necessary, the roadside assistance coordinator will make arrangements. Customers can continue in UD On Call at their own expense after the two-year basic warranty period has expired.
The program is not limited to the 2003-model-year units. Customers may enroll older UD trucks in this program for a minimal fee. For more information, phone 866-836-6225 and ask for Steve Breen or Dana McFletcher.
