Pegasus TransTech announces a new product designed to streamline back-office processing. The Automated Collections Processor allows the carrier to predefine a process in which customers that do not pose a collection problem automatically receive past-due invoices with the appropriate backup documents, while past-due problem accounts are routed to collectors.

The Automated Collections Processor allows the collector to sort by a number of fields and simultaneously presents an image of the invoice. Customers can be designated for automatic e-mail or fax delivery.
