Grote Industries has received the 2001 Masters of Quality award from Freightliner Corp. One of 30 suppliers selected to receive the award from hundreds of companies, Grote supplies lighting system products, including headlamps, turn signal switches, clearance/marker lamps, stop/tail/turn lamps, and mirrors for Freightliner vehicles.
Freightliner suppliers are evaluated semiannually for this award. They are judged on more than 100 criteria, including delivery, sales and technical support, quality, engineering, service, aftermarket parts availability, product training, warranty, purchasing, and marketing.
