Ozburn-Hessey Logistics has acquired Barthco International, Freightek Inc, and Turbo Logistics. Barthco provides international freight forwarding and customs brokerage; Freightek develops, supports, and markets international trade software for broker/forwarder operations; and Turbo is a transportation broker and systems provider.

The newly acquired companies will operate as divisions of OH Logistics and will retain their existing management structures. Barthco has more than 700 associates, and Turbo employs approximately 140 people. OH Logistics expects all current employees to remain with the company.

Tennessee-based OH Logistics is one of the nation's largest privately held third-party logistics firms.
