Dana Corp, Kalamazoo MI, has announced its new S110 drive axle for Class 4 and 5 vehicles. It is designed for trucks with axle ratings from 10,000 to 14,500 pounds and gross vehicle weight ratings up to 23,500 pounds. It has a bolted oval axle carrier assembly. The housing is fabricated from high-strength steel with a box section and is designed for a variety of suspension configurations. The axle weighs 345 pounds.
