Henningsen Purchases Kane Facility in PA

Henningsen Cold Storage Co has purchased Kane Warehousing Inc's refrigerated warehouse facility in Scranton PA. This center offers both refrigerated and frozen warehousing space and services. It will add 3.2 million cubic feet of temperature-controlled space to the Henningsen network, bringing the company's total capacity to 36 million cubic feet.

As part of the agreement, Henningsen and Kane will form a joint sales and marketing partnership, to cross-market each other's facilities and services.
