Al Cohn, director of new market development and engineering support for Pressure Systems International, has been invited by Clemson University to present “Automated Tire Inflation Systems for Commercial Vehicles” at its Tire Industry Conference. This event is scheduled for March 14-16, 2007, at the Westin Resort on Hilton Head Island SC.

A commercial vehicle tire expert, Cohn will discuss how maintaining proper tire inflation is the key to reducing road service calls due to punctures, maximizing fuel economy, increasing retreadability, and maximizing tire removal miles. Automatic tire inflation systems and recent advances in the technology are an inexpensive approach to reducing tire expenditures. Pressure Systems International is the manufacturer of the Meritor Tire Inflation System by PSI (MTIS).
