Keller-Soft Driver Analysis from J J Keller & Associates Inc is an assessment system that helps address transporters' recruiting needs, as well as their heightened concerns about security.

This system offers employers a way to pre-screen candidates to determine skills, personality, attitudes, training needs, decision-making style, and potential performance problems.
