Sensitech boosts cold-chain arena presence

Sensitech Inc, provider of cold-chain information and analysis for temperature-sensitive products, has acquired Ryan Instruments International, dba Temperature Data Systems (TDS).

Sensitech Inc, provider of cold-chain information and analysis for temperature-sensitive products, has acquired Ryan Instruments International, dba Temperature Data Systems (TDS). The purchase price was undisclosed.

TDS is Sensitech’s largest distributor and has been in the cold-chain business for nearly 40 years. Headquartered in the Netherlands, TDS has offices in Spain, France, and Germany.

“TDS represents our third acquisition in the cold-chain arena in the last 100 days and demonstrates our continued commitment to growth in this industry,” said Eric Schultz, chief executive officer of Beverly MA-based Sensitech.
