Oscar automated fuel server robots from Robosoft automate filling fuel tanks. The latest version of Oscar, the MK6, is fitted with a new automatic filler system based on a dripless and vaporless rubberized coupler. The dripless coupler increases the fill-up rate to 31 gallons per minute, which could save 300 hours a year for a fleet of 100 trucks. The dripless coupler on the new Oscar system eliminates virtually all diesel fuel losses on refueling. The MK6 already complies with European pollution control standards being drafted.

With Oscar, fleet operators can organize a refueling on each return to the terminal without additional costs. Oscar's modular design means that it can fill from the left or right, and it adapts to different types of fuel and nozzles. It is also safe, since the nozzle withdraws automatically if the vehicle moves during refueling. For more information, contact Robosoft, Technopole d'lzarbel, 64210 Bidart, France.
