Brown’s Dairy, a New Orleans LA dairy servicing the Gulf Coast region, is making a regional and national appeal to both displaced employees and customers.

The fully operational dairy, based in Jefferson Parish, requests that all employees who have not yet checked in with the company immediately contact the dairy to expedite paycheck delivery and confirm work schedules. Employees should use one of these three phone numbers: 225-273-9363, 225-273-2803, or 214-818-3417.

Brown’s is currently handling many of its dairy accounts through its network of facilities just outside of New Orleans. Its retail customers that are reopening their businesses are also encouraged to phone one of the three numbers for updated delivery schedules.

This year marks Brown’s 100th anniversary. While the devastation of Hurricane Katrina has caused an anniversary celebration planned for October 2005 to be postponed, general manager Kennon Davis said, “We are making every effort to resume a ‘business as usual’ attitude.”
