P & O Cold Logistics Acquires Condyne Group

P & O Cold Logistics (POCL) has acquired the Condyne Group of Massachusetts. This acquisition includes two large distribution warehouses in Avon and Taunton MA and a fleet of temperature-controlled trucks. The acquisition also includes the operations of a dry goods distribution center designed to service an international supermarket group.

Including this acquisition, POCL's United States capacity is 73 million cubic feet of principally temperature-controlled space, involving 20 centers from the West to the East Coast. Total distribution capacity across all POCL facilities in five nations — the United States, Australia, Argentina, New Zealand, and Brazil — is now 120 million cubic feet.
