C2 IncÕs subsidiary, Total Logistic Control (TLC), has established a strategic alliance with Integrated Transportation Logistics LLC (ITLX), a certified minority business enterprise (MBE) engaged in full-service transportation and logistics systems. As part of this alliance, TLC acquired a 45% ownership interest through the purchase of common shares of Flint MI-based ITLX.

The direct equity investment and alliance broadens both ITLX and TLCÕs abilities to serve new and existing customers with supply chain systems across industries including food and beverage, as well as grocery.

William T Donovan, C2 president and chief executive officer, said, ÒOur investment in ITLX demonstrates our commitment to this important alliance. Furthermore, it reflects our organizational commitment to diversity and to expand the MBE business model throughout the supply chain marketplace.Ó

C2 is a Milwaukee WI-based public company with two wholly owned operating businesses, TLC and Zero Zone.
