Unit of Schwan acquires Holiday Foods

Camden Culinary Inc, a subsidiary of The Schwan Food Co, has purchased Hollywood FL-based Holiday Foods Inc, which produces specialty hors d'oeuvres and appetizers. With an 80,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Florida, Holiday Foods has more than 100 employees.

Marshall MN-based Schwan produces and sells frozen foods via foodservice, home delivery, and retail grocery venues. The privately held company has annual sales of about $4 billion. Camden Culinary is also headquartered in Marshall.
