TransX will carry a bolder presence in Canada

The TransX Group of Companies has acquired Luke's Cartage Ltd, Vanalta Transpork Ltd, and Executive Courier Services Ltd.

With this acquisition, TransX has increased its Canadian presence, particularly for refrigerated cargo transportation service. The acquired fresh and frozen distribution services to Alberta and British Columbia sites enhance TransX's LTL and truckload services. The company will provide same-day and overnight refrigerated transportation for those provinces.

All TransX operations in Canada will be managed under the market identity of Luke's Cartage, Vanalta Transpork, and Executive Courier Services, and the present management staff will retain their positions.
