Those having this lot-numbered product can return it to their stores for full credit.

Stores affected are in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and Missouri.

Roundy's received a report from a store in Ohio that foreign matter was found in a single chicken breast. The manufacturer that supplied the chicken in question is undergoing a review of its processes and procedures.
