Stemco has introduced a new feature for its BAT RF technology products that will allow fleet operators to accurately track and monitor fuel usage. With the new fuel logging feature, operators can use the HandBAT RF reader to log actual fuel gallons pumped. This data can then be synchronized with a precise mileage reading from the HandBAT to provide complete fuel mileage data, improving administrative efficiency and reducing administrative costs while providing fleet management with timely information to better manage vehicle fuel costs.
The BAT RF product line can reduce the cost of vehicle ownership, improve safety, and increase value for fleets and vehicle operators. These products use advanced sensor technologies and radio frequency identification (RFID) to collect and communicate critical data on vehicle condition and maintenance.
