Utility Trailer Mfg Co's sixth production facility, located in Clearfield UT, is now in the final stages of completion. According to the company, it is the world's largest refrigerated trailer plant to be built complete with moving-assembly-line technology. Tooling and computerized equipment is now in place for the first of two planned assembly lines.

Plans are now being made for an official opening of the automated 500,000-sq-ft facility. Located on 49 acres, the $27-million refrigerated van plant is the size of 11 football fields placed side by side, under roof.
