Panther Expedited Services Inc, an independent provider of critical shipment delivery services, has acquired Integres Global Logistics, a technology-based freight forwarding and logistics company.

Integres adds a new dimension to Panther's services by offering shippers throughout North America access to air and deferred air ground transportation networks. Besides ground expedite, Panther now provides real-time freight quoting, booking, and shipment tracking information from pick-up to delivery on all critical freight.

A portfolio company of private equity firm Fenway Partners, Panther handles single-source, time-critical shipments and direct service to and from customer locations in the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company's Elite Services include temperature-controlled transportation.
