Seafoods Group closes Southern Pride acquisition

American Seafoods Group LLC of Seattle WA has completed the acquisition of the assets of Southern Pride Catfish Co Inc of Greensboro AL. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Operations will continue under the current management at both Alabama facilities as Southern Pride Catfish LLC. A company spokesman said more information would be provided later.
