Donovan Enterprises and Aero Industries have settled their patent dispute over plastic return bulkheads on mutually agreeable terms. The dispute was being litigated in the United States District Court in the Southern District of Indiana.

The settlement involves Donovan's granting patent rights to Aero. Accordingly, Aero again will be able to sell its AerGuard II and III bulkheads, which previously had been prevented by order of the district court.
