Qualcomm Inc has shipped more than 400,000 OmniTRACS mobile communications system units. These units provide satellite-based two-way data messaging, automatic vehicle positioning, and dispatch and back-office integration capabilities.

With OmniExpress, a Code Division Multiple Access-based digital wireless communications and tracking system, Qualcomm continues to expand into new mobile markets. It has a Network Management Center that processes more than seven million transactions each day.
