    Cadec Corp participated in the Vehicle Recorder TOPTEC Symposium hosted by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). The NTSB and SAE brought together industry experts to discuss the latest transportation technology advances.

    Les Dole, president and chief executive officer of Cadec, was invited by the NTSB to represent the highway industry. He took part in a panel discussion entitled “State of the Art of Accident Recorder Technology.”

    Dole highlighted some key transportation issues and discussed how onboard computers can be used to increase safety and compliance along with reducing accidents.

    As part of the sessions, Cadec showcased its Mobius TTS system. Introduced in 2001, this mobile logistics management system provides real-time information on vehicle, driver, and delivery performance.
