The Hendrickson Aero Bright bumper earned the People's Choice Award and an Automotive Award during the annual Thermoforming Conference of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE).

In October, the bumper, a Freightliner Columbia model, went on to earn one of five “blue ribbon” finalist positions for SPE's Automotive Division parts competition in the body exterior category.

Delivering the luster of chrome with lightweight characteristics of plastic, Aero Bright uses thermoplastic poly olefin (TPO) plastic and weatherable paint films with thick-sheet thermoforming technology.
