Mark VII Transportation Co Inc, an Exel company, was honored today by Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Inc (MDEA) as the company's 1999 Vendor of the Year in its Truckload Transportation Services category. Dana Vincent, MDEA corporate traffic manager, presented the award to Julie Hunt, strategic account manager in Mark VII's Newport Beach CA office.
Mark VII's work with MDEA has increased in recent years, starting with the selection of Mark VII to handle most of MDEA's truckload requirements from its Cypress CA facility. Subsequently, Mark VII also has received OTR projects from MDEA's plant in Mexicali, Mexico, as well as various other projects.
