Logistics.com Inc, which delivers integrated logistics planning and execution systems for shippers and carriers, has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition of its assets by Manhattan Associates Inc, which produces extended supply chain execution systems.

The companies expect to conclude the transaction in fourth- quarter 2002, subject to various closing conditions.
