    C R England, the Salt Lake City UT-based provider of refrigerated and dry truckload service, has extended its contract with Qualcomm Inc to deploy Qualcomm mobile communications system units onboard its fleet. As part of the agreement, C R England will act as a beta user of selected future Qualcomm products and services.

    ”Our entire fleet of more than 2,600 trucks is equipped with Qualcomm's OmniTRACS mobile communications system, and our fleet of refrigerated trailers is equipped with Qualcomm's TrailerTRACS asset management system,” said Corey England, vice-president of C R England. “Our dispatchers have immediate contact with every driver, and can determine the location of every tractor and monitor the status of every trailer.”
