H & M Bay Inc will begin operations in the Carolina region in February by opening up its newest warehouse cross-docking facility in Charlotte NC.

In business for more than 25 years, H & M Bay is a national broker and freight forwarder of frozen and refrigerated food product. Mike Ryan, the company's chief operations officer, said, “The Carolina market plugs the final gap in our less-than-truckload (LTL) operations along the East Coast, increases our market presence, and enables us to ship our customers' product more efficiently.”

H & M Bay picks up LTL freight in the East and West Coast regions and delivers to all 48 contiguous states. Its distribution centers are in Washington, California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Florida, and now North Carolina.
