Carrier Transicold presents annual dealer awards

Building on the recent introduction of its new X-series line of refrigeration units, Carrier Transicold billed its 2003 corporate meeting for dealers as an event to Xceed Xpectations. Carrier's dealer network is an asset to the company and the industry, raising the bar for customer satisfaction in 2002, says Tom Ondo, Carrier Transicold director of sales, marketing, and service.

DeCleene Truck Repair & Refrigeration of Green Bay, Wisconsin, received the dealer of the year award. The company also received one of three Pacesetter awards from Carrier's central region. It was also named to the Pacesetter Winner's Circle for attaining 100% of its pacesetter objectives for 2002.

The two other pacesetter winners for the central region were Carrier Transicold of Detroit and Interstate Transport Refrigeration of Davenport, Iowa. These two dealerships also received winner's circle awards for 100% objectives attainment.

By achieving a combination of the highest pacesetter scores and outstanding sales performance in its first full year of operation, Williams Carrier Transicold of Richfield, Ohio, won the new dealer of the year award.

Kile Truck Refrigeration of Nashville was named a regional pacesetter for the southern region as well as achieving the winner's circle award.

Carrier Transicold named two pacesetter winners in each of its eastern and western regions. The eastern region winners were Nordic Refrigeration of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and Williams Carrier Transicold for its location in Fairfield, Ohio. In the western region, Hiway Refrigeration of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and Utility Trailer Sales of Idaho, Boise, Idaho, were named pacesetter winners.
