Boston Rack, Base Manufacturing merge

Boston Rack International, an integrator of material handling equipment solutions, is joining forces with Base Manufacturing, a manufacturer of storage solutions, to become the nation's first full-service integrator and warehouse storage solutions company.

Both companies anticipate substantial advantages and benefits stemming from the merger, allowing for “very competitive products and pricing.”

Following the merger, Boston Rack and Base Manufacturing will operate as subsidiaries of a holding company, Elite Storage Solutions, in order to continue to take advantage of brand identities within their marketplaces.
