Partnership extends LinkeDrive’s comprehensive driver performance management solution to the transportation industry

LinkeDrive, a provider of driver performance management (DPM) solutions for the transportation industry, recently completed an integration partnership with EROAD

EROAD is a technology company that provides products and services to the transport industry for fleet management, regulatory compliance (like ELD and electronic tax reporting), improved driver safety, and to reduce the costs associated with driving. EROAD’s US business is based in Portland OR, serving customers with vehicles operating in every US mainland state, growing outward in concentration from the Northwest. Its global headquarters are in Auckland, New Zealand.

“We’re thrilled to announce our integration partnership with the EROAD team, providing added value to our joint customers and market, with the most comprehensive and leading-edge driver performance management solution in the industry,” said Jeff Baer, LinkeDrive’s founder and CEO. “We’re especially excited to be working with EROAD, as they bring numerous firsts to the industry, including the first independently verified electronic logging device service, a data point which we’re delivering as part of this integration.”

LinkeDrive says its patented DPM solution starts in the cab with real-time coaching, followed by context-rich daily, weekly and monthly engagements with drivers, tuned to organizational goals and objectives. An operationally streamlined and mobile-friendly portal is available to management, focused on ease-of-use and simplicity.

“EROAD continues to widen the number of integrations and strategic partners that we work with every day,” said Norm Ellis, president of EROAD. “LinkeDrive provides especially unique capabilities to further extend the benefits our existing solution to operational teams, and most-importantly right to the driver. We’re truly excited by our combined synergies, and what we together bring to the market.”

Tim Pol, vice president of Geetings Inc and GI Warehouse Corp of Pella IA, and a joint customer of LinkeDrive and EROAD, called the partnership a “win-win for everyone.”

“As a small company, it’s especially important for us to leverage unified platforms, benefiting from the LinkeDrive and EROAD HOS integration for example,” he said. “Our drivers and operational teams keep our company moving every day, so it’s important we give them the right tools to do their job effectively, while creating the needed efficiencies, as we all wear multiple hats.

“It’s great to see companies like LinkeDrive and EROAD come together to help their customers.”
