Before joining ICS, Schilder served as operations manager at Gardner. There, he managed a 200,000-sq.-ft. facility, directed a team of 65 employees, and helped maintain an on-time fill rate of 98% or higher. He also supported operational improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
During his stint at Gardner, Schilder held various roles, including assistant operations manager, manager of outbound operations, and manager of inbound operations. Before Gardner, he spent more than a decade at Goodwill Columbus in various leadership positions in logistics, aftermarket sales, assembly, and fulfillment.
“I’m excited to step into this new role and help drive operational excellence at ICS,” Schilder said. “This facility has a great team and strong culture. I’m looking forward to building on that and continuing to support our customers with outstanding service.”
