InterGis' Visual Control Room (VCR) fleet management solution provides automatic routing, scheduling, and dispatching, in addition to job tracking and customer information management, with multi-user access and control from anywhere.

The intelligent technology routes and schedules vehicles, and displays the pertinent information on a single screen, enabling dispatchers to see all the data, as well as updated information in real-time.

When new service call information is added into the system, VCR automatically determines the appropriate driver to dispatch, and pinpoints the optimal route.

Drivers can receive text messages or instructions via cell phone, laptop, or PDA. Once a job is complete, they can upload the work order status into the InterGis system.
