England Logistics has acquired an ownership interest in freight forwarding company Dynalink Systems of Inglewood CA. Details of the arrangement were not disclosed. According to England Logistics president Sean Snow, "With this merger, we now have offices in New York and throughout China. This resource allows England Logistics to better manage the process of international shipping—from origin through destination. By moving upstream into China, we control freight flows, imports, and exports."

"Merging with C.R. England will bring customers the benefits of greater domestic and international capacity as well as a comprehensive, complete supply chain management solution," said Jack Chen, president of Dynalink Systems. "With our strength in international air and ocean forwarding and England’s strength in U.S.-based transportation services, we’ve added further value to our customer relationships."

Backed by the resources of C.R. England Inc., England Logistics has grown to become one of the top 100 third-party logistics (3PL) and top 50 brokerage companies in the nation. Its complete line of services has enabled C.R. England to transition from a strictly refrigerated carrier to a full-transportation provider.

England Logistics’ parent company, C.R. England, has more than 85 years’ experience as a leader in transportation services, operating 3,400 trucks and 5,400 reefers in the 48 states, Canada, and Mexico.
