Greenline Foods, an acquisition platform company of The Riverside Co, has purchased Green Glen Produce Inc, a Hanover PA-based firm that supplies fresh-trimmed, packaged green beans.

The acquisition of Green Glen gives GreenLine processing capabilities on the East Coast, as well as a strategically positioned distribution location.

Established in the mid-1980s, Bowling Green OH-based GreenLine operates four processing facilities across the United States, distributing products via a fleet of refrigerated trucks. Green Glen, previously a competitor of GreenLine, has a 20,000-square-foot facility in Hanover. Green Glen’s clients are mostly within about 200 miles of that municipality.
