US Foodservice Inc has sold its Oklahoma City OK cold storage and manufacturing plant to USF Propco I for $26 million.

US Foodservice Inc has sold its Oklahoma City OK cold storage and manufacturing plant to USF Propco I for $26 million.

Constructed in 1999, the 244,148-square-foot building is situated on roughly 40 acres of property. It contains almost 155,000 square feet of storage warehouse space, about 78,000 square feet of cold storage warehouse space, and more than 10,000 square feet of light manufacturing capacity. Accessible to Interstate 35, the plant has about 50 dock-high doors.

Netherlands-based Royal Ahold Inc recently sold US Foodservice to a consortium of Clayton, Dubilier and Rice Fund VII LP and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP. The transaction was valued at $7.1 billion.
