Vallarta Supermarkets Inc., a San Fernando Valley CA-based supermarket chain with a Hispanic emphasis and 25 locations in California, has acquired a nearly new 89,693-square-foot corporate headquarters and distribution center. The facility is in the strategic “Golden Triangle” of Sylmar CA, reports Delphi Business Properties Inc.

David Hoffberg, senior vice president of Van Nuys CA-based Delphi, said Vallarta Supermarkets purchased the two-building complex on 4.3 acres in Sylmar; a fall occupancy is scheduled. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Key features of the new headquarters/distribution facilities include 10 dock-high doors, 14,110 square feet of office space, 24 feet of minimum clear height in one of the buildings, and total on-site parking for 150 vehicles.
