Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has begun its $1 Per Load Memorial Day fund-raising campaign. During the week of May 13–19, one dollar from every load TQL arranges will be donated to the Yellow Ribbon Support Foundation, which oversees the Let Us Never Forget Scholarship Fund and the Yellow Ribbon Support Center.

TQL started its $1 Per Load effort in 2009, to date raising more than $38,000 for the Yellow Ribbon Support Foundation. This organization defrays costs toward shipping care packages to deployed service members and provides post-secondary education scholarships to high school students in the name of a fallen soldier from the greater Cincinnati OH area.

“This is an event TQL looks forward to every year,” said Kerry Byrne, executive vice-president. “The dedication and service of the men and women of our military to each and every one of us can never be forgotten.”

Customers or carriers interested in joining TQL in its fund-raising efforts should call 800-580-3101. For more information, visit www.yellowribbonsupport.org.
