Schneider National goes the distance with Nestlé

Schneider National has been selected as a top intermodal provider for Nestlé USA.

Schneider National has been selected as a top intermodal provider for Nestlé USA. The nutrition, health, and wellness company recently consolidated its North American network of intermodal suppliers and selected Schneider as one of its two primary intermodal providers.

In its new expanded role, Schneider Intermodal will move goods from North American manufacturing plants to specific Nestlé distribution centers across the United States, including Mira Loma CA, DeKalb IL, Breinigsville PA, Fort Worth TX, and McDonough GA.

The nation’s largest truckload carrier, Schneider serves more than two-thirds of Fortune 500 companies and small, medium, and global shippers worldwide.

Nestlé USA brands include Stouffer’s, Lean Cuisine, Hot Pockets, Lean Pockets, and Dreyer’s/Edy’s. The company is part of Nestlé S.A., the Vevey, Switzerland-based food giant.
