“Executives like me aren’t getting any younger,” said Dave Manning, ATA vice-chairman and president of TCW, Nashville TN. “It is incumbent upon us to do what we can to help nurture future leaders who, frankly, will replace us as the faces of this great industry.”
LEAD ATA, launched in 2013, sponsored by PeopleNet, provides exclusive educational opportunities designed to highlight how the regulatory and legislative process affects the trucking industry and the important role ATA plays in shaping both. It also demonstrates the tools available to industry executives through ATA. Each year, a new class will be accepted into LEAD ATA to cultivate the federation’s future ATA leaders.
