Infinity Transportation Logistics LLC (ITL) is seeing increased interest and usage from produce shippers (including apples, potatoes, pears, and onions) as a result of improved door-to-door transit times in its expedited temperature-controlled domestic intermodal service from/to Washington state and Oregon.
ITL’s expedited door-to-door domestic intermodal temperature-controlled service departs from/returns to intermodal ramps in Spokane WA, Portland OR, and Seattle WA six days per week. Its door-to-door transit times are now just four to five days to/from the Midwest and only six to seven days to/from various destinations on the East Coast, which is nearly as fast as longhaul trucks.
In particular, ITL is able to provide expedited eastbound temperature-controlled door-to-door domestic intermodal service from Washington and Oregon to these destinations: Illinois (greater Chicago and surrounding areas including western Michigan, southern Wisconsin, and northern Indiana); New York (Buffalo area, New York City and its boroughs); Pennsylvania (Chambersburg, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia areas); Maryland (greater Baltimore area); Massachusetts (Boston and Springfield areas); Georgia (greater Atlanta area); and Florida (Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa Bay areas).
Late in October, ITL began providing expedited domestic refrigerated intermodal service from Washington/Oregon to Ontario, Canada, and ITL also recently added staff, expanded services and upgraded systems to keep up with growth.
ITL uses state-of-the-art domestic 53-foot refrigerated containers to move fresh produce, frozen foods, and other refrigerated products eastbound from Washington and Oregon to the Midwest and East Coast.
For return westbound service from Midwest and East Coast locations to Washington and Oregon, ITL is able to haul various refrigerated and temperature-controlled products.
