C H Robinson wins as Best Green Logistics Operator

C H Robinson, one of the world’s leading third-party logistics providers (3PL), announced that it won an award at the 2015 Asia Freight, Logistics, and Supply Chain Awards (AFLAS) recently. The company was nominated in two categories, Best 3PL and Best Green Logistics Operator. At the final gala ball in Hong Kong on June 24, the company was awarded Best Green Logistics Operator.
This award signifies C H Robinson’s consistent leadership in the logistics industry, providing solutions and innovations in a changing industry through its portfolio of services.

Hosted and organized annually by the Asia Cargo News, these awards recognize service providers including air and shipping lines, air and sea ports, as well as logistics, 3PLs, and other associated industry professionals. The nomination and voting process allowed more than 15,000 readers of the newspaper and e-news subscribers to first determine the leading companies in the market, and then determine winners, making the results the opinion of service users rather than a panel of judges. AFLAS is considered one of the industry’s foremost accolades as it is the only Asian freight awards to rely solely on customer satisfaction to determine winners.
