Enterprise Mobility acquires Hogan to expand refrigerated and commercial fleet services
Key takeaways
- Enterprise Mobility’s acquisition of Hogan expands access to refrigerated, heavy-duty, and specialized fleet solutions.
- Combined operations offer a broader network, more equipment, and enhanced support for commercial transportation customers.
- Maintaining separate operations ensures continuity, service quality, and long-term growth for both companies’ fleets and teams.
Enterprise Mobility recently completed the acquisition of Hogan, a provider of commercial transportation services in the U.S. The company, which manages a diverse fleet and offers mobility and fleet management solutions, now adds Hogan’s refrigerated trucks, Class 7 and Class 8 equipment, and specialized transportation services to its offerings.
The combined operations provide enhanced service for refrigerated and other commercial freight, including truck leasing, dedicated transportation, flatbeds, automotive haulers, and livestock trailers, supported by an expanded network and fleet. Enterprise Mobility will operate Hogan separately for the foreseeable future, prioritizing customer service, team member opportunities, and long-term sustainable growth.
"Recognizing the complementary networks, talented workforces, and respective industry expertise, this marks an exciting next chapter for two leading providers of transportation solutions," said Chrissy Taylor, president & CEO of Enterprise Mobility. "It also reaffirms our mobility ambition and commitment to continued investment to meet customer needs today and in the future."
