    Dana Holding Corp., based in Toledo OH, plans to sell its corporate headquarters building and grounds and relocate to its existing Automotive Systems Technology Center in Maumee OH, according to Dana information.

    An agreement has been reached with Health Care REIT Inc. for the sale, Dana said in a news release. The sale agreement, which is contingent on the support of state and local authorities, is anticipated to close by October 1, 2008.

    The new location is about eight miles from the current headquarters location in a Toledo suburb. Dana expects to be relocated by mid-2009.
