The 2009 Southern California Transportation and Logistics Summit will address key issues facing the transportation and logistics industry in Southern California and the nation.

Matters to be tackled include sustainability, the emerging green supply chain, upcoming transportation regulations and potential, and government funding/stimulus to aid in industry compliance.

The event will bring together industry and government leaders to work on ways to benchmark green initiatives, enhance the workforce, increase productivity, and successfully manage new and upcoming regulatory challenges.

There will be vendor and technology showcases, along with opportunities to drive rigs equipped with Meritor WABCO collision safety technology.

The summit is set for April 9, 2009, at the Ontario (California) Airport Doubletree Hotel and Conference Center.
