Cole Hersee Company has been acquired by Littelfuse Inc of Chicago IL. The combined company will be well-positioned to better serve OEMs and aftermarket customers in the heavy vehicle sector. Donald Mayer, vice-president of Cole Hersee, said, “This is a great fit. We think the combination with Littelfuse will enable us to bring new products and capabilities to our customers, and provide new opportunities to serve them.”
