Two recognized fuel economy experts will be the featured speakers during a live webcast of "Help drivers help you survive the fuel crisis."

They are Don Osterberg, Schneider National vice president of safety and driver training, and Jim Booth, fuel economy consultant, retired Caterpillar applications engineer, and small fleet owner and operator.

The webcast, the second in the "Survivors’ Guide to the Fuel Crisis" series, is presented by Truckload Carriers Association and Refrigerated Transporter’s sister publication, Fleet Owner, and is sponsored by Cadec.

Osterberg will share results of Schneider National’s own fuel economy program and offer tips for fleets of any size. Booth will share his experience and expertise to help fleets and drivers come to terms with the tough realities of high-priced fuel.

The "Help drivers help you survive the fuel crisis" webcast will be August 5 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. EDT. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask both speakers questions after the presentations. There is no charge to attend.
