The new Bendix.biz Web site has proven to be a valuable instrument for customers of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC. Since its launch in September 2007, Bendix customers have placed more than $1 million in orders, and counting, through the password-protected, secure website. The site has also seen a 250 percent increase in unique users since September, with new users joining the site every day.

Among its many user-friendly features, Bendix.biz — an upgrade to the former mybendix.com and launched in conjunction with a redesign of www.Bendix.com — provides Bendix customers with online ordering along with the ability to check core reports and warranty claims.

Bendix.biz contains a new cross-reference search functionality that makes purchasing new parts easier. This tool provides real-time details about a product's status and identifies a compatible replacement if the desired part is no longer available. Bendix.biz also lets users download monthly core reports and file and view warranty claims online.
