Thermo King, a manufacturer of transport temperature control solutions for a variety of mobile applications and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, has acquired Celtrak, a global leader in the development of customized and integrated vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions.
Celtrak, based in Galway, Ireland, provides end-to-end telematics products and services for customers in more than 30 nations and in 10 different languages. Thermo King has partnered with Celtrak since 2005 on its TracKing telematics solutions, a product that is available exclusively through the Thermo King dealer network.

Ingersoll Rand’s family of brands include Thermo King, Club Car, Ingersoll Rand, and Trane. Founded in 1938, Thermo King Corp manufactures transport temperature control systems for a variety of mobile applications, including trailers, truck bodies, buses, shipboard containers, and railway cars.
